One of the defining experiences of my teenage years was being a youth leader in a children's organization, where I organized leisure activities for younger kids and took responsibility for them. Later, I was responsible for training youth leaders and worked as an animator at children's events. This path eventually led me to the Faculty of Education and Psychology at Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), where I completed my master's degree in educational research and early childhood education.

During my university years, I focused on experiential pedagogy and, together with several others, established the Critical and Experiential Pedagogy Workshop. Our goal was not only to involve children as active participants in the education process but also to incorporate this approach into teacher training. I also worked as a leisure coordinator at a state primary and secondary school for a few years.

I joined the Budapest School team in 2015, at its inception. I played a role in launching the Balaton Kindergarten and the P10 program as a mentor teacher. Later, I worked on the establishment of the BPS Studio. It was an exciting experience to lay the foundations of the BPS model based on our own experiences.

In the meantime, I became a parent to two children, moved to the countryside, and currently support the daily operations of the school as the manager of Zugló. What I love about BPS is that teachers can be autonomous creators, have the freedom to respond to individual student needs, and adapt to the dynamics of small communities. Here, children can learn about themselves, their peers, and the world around them through their own experiences, experientially, and reflectively.
